Stanford Center on Longevity
BSP was honored to attend the second convening of the Futures Project, a collaboration between the Stanford Center on Longevity and CASBS at Stanford.
At the function, BSP's very own Director of Development and Impact, Chritian Valdez, and Workforce Researcher, Michael Siciliano, PhD recently presented BSP's innovative High Road Training Partnership model at the project's convening. This model is making a real difference for property service workers in California.
They also shared powerful insights from "Cafecitos," BSP's focus group initiative that amplifies worker voices to shape our workforce solutions. BSP believes in the power of collaboration between labor, management, and workers to create pathways for advancement, especially in the context of evolving education and longer working lives.
Together with Stanford's incredible Future Fellows, the entire group also took a significant step forward in crafting a vision document, which will outline our aspirations for reimagining education and learning across longer lives. Stay tuned for its release later this year!
