Statewide Survey Results: BSP builds skills and resilience for janitorial workers and their employers.

According to the many workers and employers who completed our recent statewide survey, BSP continues to create win-win outcomes for both workers and employers by providing exemplary skill-building courses and services that enrich and enhance workers’ lives while also adding value to employers. 100% of employers and 88% of employees agree that BSP adds value by improving employees’ skills and well-being through English classes and certification training as well as workshops related to community advancement and immigrant inclusion.
