The BSP team at the 2024 UnidosUS Annual Conference

BSP staff and executives attended the 2024 UnidosUS Annual Conference in Las Vegas. This important event was one of the largest convenings of Latino advocates, allies and leaders together to discuss some of the most pressing issues for the Latino community.

BSP’s Executive Director, Luis Sandoval also proudly served on the UnidosUS speakers panel on Clean Energy titled “Workforce - Alumbrando: Illuminating Opportunities in Clean Energy.” 

Luis gave insight into sustainability and how the Green Janitor Education Programs plays an important role in reducing the carbon footprint of commercial buildings.

BSP received the UnidosUS 2024 California Affiliate of the year award

The impactful event wrapped up with an exciting presentation of awards for UnidosUS partners across the nation. Luis was honored and humbled to accept the prestigious UnidosUS 2024 California Affiliate of the Year award on behalf of BSP staff members and property service workers. The award was received in recognition of our collective and impactful contribution to the community.
