LAX Cavbn Service Agent, Starlisa Green
BSP is thrilled to have LAX airport service worker, Starlisa Green as a Civic Engagement Leader for our Get Out the Vote campaign! In this role, she will outreach to her colleagues and peers and encourage them to VOTE!
Born in Compton, Starlisa is a Cabin Service Agent at LAX and currently lives in Torrance. She has been active in BSP programs and also completed the Aviation Career Exploration program.
In a recent BSP Emergency Preparedness class, Starlisa passed out BSP's Activate for Democracy California Statewide Propositions booklet to the class of LAX workers, and they enjoyed learning about CA propositions.
Kierstin McGinnis, a student in the class said: "This is really helpful! I want to understand what the propositions are about before I vote. They can be confusing, and this gives me the knowledge that I need."
