BSP statewide staff members at the 2024 staff retreat in Santa Cruz
BSP team members throughout California gathered in Santa Cruz for our 2024 staff retreat.
This professional development event was intended to strengthen relationships among team members from different locations, and discuss the vision and goals for BSP's strategic plan in order to enhance our programs for thousands of property service workers and their families in California.
The team activities conducted also allowed staff members to assess their individual and collective well-being, and connect about ways to support one another in maintaining balance and motivation.
